TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The man accused of taking compromising photos of a woman at the Ina Road Goodwill has been arrested, authorities said.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said Frank Atha, 34, is facing a charge of surreptitious videotaping.

The PCSD said evidence in Atha’s home means there could be additional victims out there.

The PCSD said the initial incident happened Sunday, Sept. 23 at the Goodwill located at 2990 West Ina Road.

“Upon arrival, deputies learned a man was attempting to take compromising photographs of an female shopper,” the PCSD said in a news release. “After being confronted, the suspect fled by walking out the front door. A (unknown woman) was seen leaving the location with the suspect.”
