Pima County Justices plan to hold warrant resolution services on Dec. 27

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The Pima County Justices of the Peace plan to provide additional warrant resolution services on Dec. 27 to help people with unresolved legal issues get a fresh start on the New Year.

Judge Charlene Pesquiera and Judge Erica Cornejo will hold court hours from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, to quash warrants, lift suspensions and reset court dates as needed.

Also, people convicted of a criminal offense in the Pima County Consolidated Court can apply to have convictions set aside provided sentences have been completed, court ordered classes attended, and fines have been paid in full.
