Sahuarita couple wanted for questioning in possible child abuse case

SAHUARITA, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Police in Sahuarita are asking for the public’s help in locating a couple wanted for questioning in connection with a possible case of child abuse and domestic violence.

According to information from the Sahuarita Police Department, an investigation of a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of W. Calle Arroyo Norte on Wednesday, Jan. 9, revealed the allegations.

David Wayne Clark, 35, and Stephanie Clark, 32, are persons of interest in the case.

David Clark was last seen driving a blue or silver 2017 Hyundai Elantra 4-door sedan with Arizona license CAJ6116. Stephanie Clark was last seen with David Clark, but police do not know if they are still together.

David Clark is described as white, 6-foot-0, 210 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Stephanie Clark is described as white, 5-foot-6, 250 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. No photo of either was immediately available.

The investigation is on-going, so no further information will be released, police say.
