TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Hyundai and Kia are recalling about 168,000 vehicles to fix a fuel pipe problem that can cause engine fires.

The recall covers some 2011 through 2014 Kia Optimas; 2012 through 2014 Sorento SUVs and 2011 through 2013 Sportage SUVs -- all with 2 and 2.4 liter four-cylinder engines.

Many 2011 to 2014 Hyundai Sonatas and 2013 and 2014 Santa Fe Sport SUVs are also covered by the recall.
