Tucson Police tell KOLD they are investigating a deadly bicycle accident on Tucson's Eastside on Saturday night.
Police have identified the victim as 14-year-old Jose Rincon.
Police have arrested 42-year-old Glenda L. Rumsey on one count of second-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one cont of leaving the scene of a fatal collision.
The boys were riding their bikes, East-bound on Broadway and Harrison about 7 p-m. , when police say, Rumsey crashed into them. Rincon died at the hospital a short time later.
The other teen suffered minor injuries.
Police say the woman initially left the scene, but then returned.
