The diagnosis can be both devastating and a moment of clarity: you have Celiac Disease. For the first time, people diagnosed with it know why they've had stomach aches, headaches and many other symptoms that have been making them miserable. At the same time, they have to figure out how to live their lives without gluten. That's wheat, barley, oats or rye or other grains containing harmful gluten.

People with Celiac Disease can't even use the same baking pans or utensils that have been in contact with gluten. Just a tiny amount is enough to make them sick. That's why the local Southern Arizona Celiac Support group is holding a Gluten-Free Food Fair this Saturday, May 10th, at Christ Community Family Life Center, 7801 E. Kenyon Dr 9am-1pm.

Also available for the first time in Southern Arizona FREE blood screenings for the first 100 people who come to the Food Fair. This is the first step to getting diagnosed.
