1 loaf of crusty french bread

2  tomatoes diced

1 sprig of basil chopped

salt & pepper to taste

1tablespoon  minced garlic

4 ounces extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon oregano

3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

1. slice bread 1/4 inch slices place in 350 degree oven for 10 min.

2. mix together in bowl tomoatoes, extra virgin olive oil,  garlic, basil, salt & pepper

3. remove bread from oven

4. place tomatoe mix on top of toasted bread garnish with parmesan cheese
