    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.

    On Thursday, April 27, ADPS officers responded to Helping Hands on John Elliott Lane in Aiken for reported runaway juvenile. Employees told officers that a girl from their facility, thirteen-year-old Irma Orozco-Razo, was dropped off at Kennedy Middle School that morning by the school by the school bus, but never reported to class.

     The remains of 23-year-old Julian Williams were found behind an abandoned trailer on Spider Web Road Wednesday. Two men are now behind bars in connection with his death. The family says over the past month, they have been conducting their own investigation in hopes that Julian would make it home alive.  But now the reality is sinking in: Julian will not be coming home. The Bark Park is located off of North Augusta's Greenway, a six mile recreational path. You can find it right across the street from the River Golf Club.     Five people have been arrested in a Burke County drug raid.     Aiken County Commissioners are ready to answer the complaints of voters by passing a ordinance outlawing saggy pants. Richmond County is planning to pass its own such ordinance in the coming weeks. Richmond County's ordinance only applies to those entering governments buildings.  For Aiken County, those saggy pants would be prohibited county-wide.
