    MCSO: Missing murder suspect found dead in his car

    A Valley man accused of murder has vanished. Howard Rudolph, 79, of Sun City, failed to show up for a pre-trial hearing Monday morning in Maricopa County Superior Court.
    Deputies from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office found Howard Rudolph, 79, of Sun City, dead inside his vehicle in a parking lot of the Lake Pleasant Village Apartments at 20702 N. Lake Pleasant Road in Peoria.
