    The case of a man accused of shooting and killing a jefferson parish deputy heads back to court today. a motions hearing takes place for jerman neveaux in gretna. he's charged in the 20-16 death of detective david michel junior on manhattan boulevard. both a psychologist and a psychiatrist previously testified neveaux was competent to stand trial.  if neveaux is found guilty, he could face the death penalty.
