    One of President Donald Trump's biggest promises has been to increase the number of arrests and deportations of people here in the country without documentation. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says between late January and late April of this year it arrested 41,000 people.     Arizona Department of Public safety says they have identifies the driver and the two victims killed in Friday morning's wrong-way collision on I-17 near Greenway. Karli Richardson and her sister Kelsey Richardson from Mooresville, NC, were both killed when they were struck by an oncoming car headed southbound in the northbound lanes.

    After spending nearly 1,000 days in jail, Tyler Kost is going home. The San Tan Valley man was arrested just before graduating from Poston Butte High School in 2014, accused of sex crimes against several of his classmates. His defense attorneys argued the victims may have colluded with each other and lied about their stories. Last month, he took a plea deal and was sentenced to three years in prison, given credit for the days already served.

She previously worked for KVOA in Tucson, covering topics that matter to Arizonans including the monsoon, wildfires and border issues. During the child migrant crisis of 2014, Reimer was one of only a handful of journalists given access to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection detention facility in Nogales, where hundreds of unaccompanied children were being held after crossing into the U.S. from Central America. Before that, Reimer worked at WREX in Rockford, IL. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and still visits home often. When not chasing news stories, Reimer loves to explore, enjoying everything from trying new adventurous foods to visiting state and national parks or local places of historical significance.
