Pulled Pork from Texas Roadhouse
2 ½ to 3lbs of pork shoulder cleaned of all cap fat
Dry rub (evenly coat dry rub over entire surface area)
½ cup of water into crock pot
Set crock pot on low
Slow cook for 8-10 hours
Internal Temperature must be 165 degrees. When finished cooking, let stand in a bowl for 15 minutes. Use two forks and shred to desired consistency. Add you favorite BBQ sauce to desired taste.
Coleslaw
Dressing
2/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/8 cup of red onions
1/8 cup of processed horseradish
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of white pepper
1 tsp of granulated garlic
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
Mix in bowl, apple cider vinegar and all spices with a whisk. Add mayonnaise and onions. Use a ready pack bag of coleslaw from your local super market and add dressing to desired consistency.
