I received my nursing degree from Purdue University in Indiana in 1972. I then attended Indiana University in 176 and completed the OB/Gyn Nurse Practitioner. I worked in Indiana until moving to Tucson in 1979. I have been working in private practice in Tucson for the past 20 years.

I am a licensed OB/Gyn Nurse Practitioner by the State of Arizona. I have obtained my certification as a Menopause Clinician by both NCC and NAMS. I keep my certifications up to date per the guidelines set by both organizations.

I enjoy having the opportunity to work with women of all ages and all stages of life.

Whether early adulthood, pregnant, menopausal, ages 13 to 60 plus. I feel honored to be able to educate, advise and care for my patients. I feel that I can related to patients dealing with infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, children with birth defects, menopause and just being a woman.

I been married for 35 years, have 2 grown children (both married) and have 1 beautiful granddaughter. I enjoy spending time with my family either doing activities, traveling or just hanging out at home. Spending time with other people makes my job pleasurable. This factor makes my job not seem like a job.

My goal is to make sure my patients always feel safe and comfortable in my care. I want to make sure they are taken care of in the best manner I can provide. I also strive to make sure they have all the necessary information needed to help them make any decision related to their health.
