Seafood Fettuccine

- 2 tablespoons garlic mince
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 28 ounces crushed tomato puree
- 10 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 med sized shrimp
- 4 cups of fettuccine
- 8 scallops in a shell
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1 1/2 ounce of citrus or non flavored vodka
- 2 tablespoons butter
Serves 2-4 people
1. Prepare past according to package
2. Sauce: Heat 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in large saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons garlic after 1 min pour in crushed tomatoes & tomato sauce. Season with salt & pepper, Italian seasoning. Allow to simmer for approximately 30 min on med/ low heat.
3. While sauce is cooking in a large skillet add butter scallops, shrimp cook until shrimp is no longer translucent. Approx 5 min. stirring occasionally.
4. After the sauce has simmered add cream & vodka allow two min. to blend together
5. place pasta on serving plate, place shrimp on top of pasta pour vodka blush sauce over the pasta, arrange scallops along the rim of the plate.
