"Coffin Dogs"
Flying V Restaurant at Loews Ventana Canyon
4 Mini All Beef Hot Dogs and Buns
4 each strips, smoked bacon
2 tbsp guacamole
2 tbsp Black Bean Puree
2 tbsp Chiptole Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Pico de gallo
Wrap the "coffin dogs" in bacon and then cook in a frying pan until bacon and hot dogs are cooked.
Warm the hot buns. When the buns are ready, add the guacamole,black bean puree to the inside of each bun.
Place the coffin dogs inside the buns and down use a squeeze bottle and drizzle the chiptole mayonnaise on top of the coffin hot dogs.
Garnish each of the coffin hot dogs with the pico de gallo.
Don't forget to place those dogs in a coffin and bury them in your stomach.
