"Desert Swarm" Chipotle Lime BBQ Grilled Chicken

2 lbs Chicken drumsticks, Thighs, Breasts, bone in, skin on
1 cup Cilantro, rough chopped
2 ea Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce
1 tablespoon Adobo Sauce
3 cups BBQ Sauce, your favorite
4 ea Limes
3 cloves Garlic, peeled
3 tablespoons Olive or Canola Oil
to taste Salt
to taste Cracked Pepper
The night before Stoops wins...
Puree the chipotle peppers, garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, cilantro, and the juice of 2 limes in the food processor. Place the chicken in a bowl and cover with half of the puree mixture. Refrigerate for six hours.
Game Day...
Preheat your grill at Wildcat Stadium and season it with the remaining olive oil. When hot place the chicken onto the grill. Pour the BBQ sauce into a bowl then add the adobo sauce and mix well. Take this mixture and baste the chicken every five minutes. Don't forget to turn your chicken. Cook the chicken through, this will take about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the grill and enjoy as the Wildcats win another! Bear down Arizona!
