Pasta Salad

 

 

Tri color pasta

Fresh roasted red & green bell peppers

Broccoli

Cran-raisins

Kalamata olives, pitted

Cherry or grape tomatoes

Extra sharp Provolone cheese

Fresh basil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Vinegar

Vinaigrette to taste (in place of olive oil and vinegar)

Salt and pepper

Pinch of minced garlic, fresh not jar

  1. Cook tri-color pasta of your choice according to instructions on package.  Adjust amount of pasta for serving size of your choice. 
  2. Add desired amount of fresh chopped broccoli, chopped bell peppers, pitted Kalamata olives, tomatoes and "Craisins" (cranberry raisins)
  3. Add remaining ingredients to taste.
  4. Mix well and serve
