This week, we told you about two studies on KOLD News 13, both on the cost of immigration.
One shows a net benefit to Arizona of about a billion dollars. The other says it costs us more than 2 billion.
It's just more disagreement on a very controversial subject. But one thing almost everyone agrees upon is Arizona has kick-started the debate to a national and international level
We now learn Mayor Michael Bloomberg, one of the richest men in America, has asked CEO's of major corporations like Hewlett-Packard, Boeing, Disney and Fox News AND Mayors of large cities to form a coalition advocating immigration reform.

The coalition will look at a number of issues including finding a way for legal status for undocumented immigrants.
We believe this is a positive step. These business leaders have a lot of clout--employing more than 650 thousand people and together have more than 220 billion in annual sales. Maybe politicians will listen to them.
