Classic Pasta Salad

1 LB cooked rotini pasta, chilled
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
2 TBS sun dried tomatoes, chopped fine
2 TBS chopped pitted kalamata, Sicilian, or oil-cured olives
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Flat leaf parsley
Parmesan cheese

Mix ingredients shortly before serving and top with Parmesan and parsley.
