Veggie Taco from Boca
 
1 cup white mushrooms (sliced)
1/3 of white onion (julienne)
1/2 of serrano chile (diced)
2 tbs chopped cilantro
1 tbs butter
1 tbs canola oil 
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1/3 of cup of monterrey cheese ( grated )
 
salt, pepper
 
cabbage shredded
avocado sliced
flour or corn tortillas
 
In frying pan add butter, oil and onions let sauté until onions are soft, add mushrooms, chile, cilantro and garlic cook until mushrooms look soft add cheese let melt, add salt and pepper to taste.

Place on your tortilla and top with cabbage and avocado.
