Make your voice heard this election

Election day is looming and for many it can't come too soon.

I'm new to Arizona, but my co-workers tell me this is a particularly bitter and nasty election.

You can't turn on a television without seeing a political. A couple of viewers told me they are so sick of it they aren't watching TV until after the election.

It's estimated that candidates and special interest groups will spend more than $100 million in the U.S. just this week! And have you noticed that the candidates, in most cases, aren't telling us why we should vote for them. It's why we shouldn't vote for their opponent.

It's no wonder a new CBS/NY Times poll says 8 out of 10 of us just want to throw everyone out of congress.

On Tuesday, it doesn't matter how much Arizona candidates have spent or how bitter they sound. We have the last word. We get to vote.

Make sure your voice is heard.
