GUACAMOLE From: Lodge on the desert

Avocado, Ripe 1

Tomato, Diced 1 T

Onion, Diced 1 t

Jalapeno, Minced ½ t

Cilantro, Chopped 1 t

Chipotle Puree 1 t

Cotija, Crumbled 1 t

Lime Juice 1 t

Salt and Pepper As needed@

Method for Guac:

1. Remove avocado and reserve skin for serving.

2. Mash avocado with chipotle puree and Cotija.

3. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.

4. Fold in remaining ingredients and serve inside the avocado skin.
