WHAT'S FOR LUNCH: Shrimp Tacos

Shrimp Tacos from Boca Tacos & Tequila

INGREDIENTS:

Shrimp (put 3 to 4 shrimp per taco, depending on the size)

2 limes

1 lemon

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Chipotle Powder

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp of Canola Oil

 

PROCEDURE:

Mix everything into a bowl.  Add the shrimp and let them marinate in the mix for at least 1 hour.  Then grill it and serve it in a corn Tortilla topped with cabbage and favorite salsa!!!
