I looked in detail during Wednesday night's Reality Check at Herman Cain's 9-9-9 economic plan.

The fact that Cain wants to eliminate the current confusing tax code and replace it with

1. A flat 9% federal income tax on every worker.
2. A 9% corporate tax rate.
3. A national 9% sales tax.

But there are still questions about how this works and what prevents future congresses from raising those 9 percent rates.

Thursday, I took those questions directly to Herman Cain himself.
