What's for lunch: pork enchiladas

Pork Enchiladas from Blanco Tacos and Tequila

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 Fl oz Green Chile Sauce

2 Blanched Tortillas

2 Oz House Cheese Blend

4 Oz Green Chile Pork

1 Tbsp Sour Cream

1 Tbsp Pico de Gallo

 

METHOD:

Hot oil blanch two tortillas.

Place 2 oz of sauce on the bottom of the skillet.

Put 1 tortilla flat into skillet.

Add meat & 1 oz of cheese blend.

Add 1 oz of sauce to meat & cheese mixture layer.

Cover with second Tortilla.

Spread 1oz of sauce over tortilla & top with 1 oz cheese blend.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Finish with sour cream & pico de gallo, serve.
