TUCSON, AZ (KOLD) - Tucson hasn't officially hit the freezing mark yet this season.
And as fall turns to winter, it looks like the city could hit the official 32 degree mark next week.
Much of Cochise and Santa Cruz counties already experienced their first freezes of the year during an early November cold snap.
But, many locations were past their average first freeze date when this occurred.
During that cold snap freezing temperatures were reported in parts of Tucson, but only for a brief time and not at the official recording station located at the Tucson International Airport.
The average first freeze in Tucson is November 24th.
We are obviously running a little late on the chilly temperatures. (No complaints here!)
Below is a list freeze dates from the Tucson National Weather Service.
