Recipe from Peggy Sue Druck of Louisville, Ky.

5-6 pork chops, no bone
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1/2tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp chives
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsps meat tenderizer
1 cup orange juice
1 medium lemon, sliced

Place pork chops in a zip lock bag. Add all ingredients except for the orange juice. Let marinate for 1-4 hours or over night.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place porkchops in an oven proof pan and pour orange juice over them. Leave lemon slices over tops of porkchops. Place foil over pan and cook for 1 hour. Check after 1 hour, if not tender then cook about 1/2 hour more.
