TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
Another photo of Gov. Jan Brewer pointing her finger at an elected official is creating some buzz. This time she's shown with Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu.
The two were attending a Centennial ceremony Wednesday at Poston Butte High School in San Tan Valley.
The image is getting a lot of attention after it was shown nationally on Fox News, and today the Pinal County Sheriff's Office released a statement saying there was no confrontation between the governor and the sheriff.
"Governor Brewer was not scolding me in this picture, she was telling me to keep up the fight (against drug cartels) and that we are winning," Babeu said in the release.
