Arizona Mills reopens after evacuation because of fight

TEMPE, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A popular shopping destination for Southern Arizona visitors in the Phoenix area was evacuated and closed around 7 p.m. Saturday because of a fight.

Tempe Police conducted a search of Arizona Mills after an alleged fight broke out involving one person with a weapon.

The shopping center, located at the junction of Interstate 10 and U.S. Highway 60, was reopened around 8 p.m.

No arrests were made.
