(AP) - The Department of Defense says a sailor from Maricopa has died during a non-combat-related training incident in Djibouti.

The Pentagon said Thursday that Petty Officer 3rd Class Kyler L. Estrada, 21, died Tuesday. Estrada was a Navy hospital corpsman and was assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit based at Camp Pendleton, Calif.

Gov. Jan Brewer ordered all state flags to flown at half staff until sunset today and on the day of his interment.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
