TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Cory Carver and Talbott Denny each scored 20 points as the 8th seed Salpointe Catholic Lancers came from behind to beat #9 seed Scottsdale Saguaro 74-73 to advance to the Prep Boys Division II State Quarterfinals.

Carver's basket with nine seconds to play provided Salpointe with the winning margin. Austin Sene added 17 for the Lancers.

Salpointe Catholic will face Arcadia in Tempe on Wednesday night.
