TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A man was trapped in his truck Sunday night after a rollover accident on North Silverbell Road just south of West Sunset Road.

Northwest Fire Capt. Adam Goldberg said the single-vehicle, single-occupant accident occurred around 9:50 p.m. on Tucson's west side.

The man was not facing a "life-and-death" situation, Pima Sheriff's Deputy Dawn Barkman said. She said the man was talking at the scene.

Gooldberg said the driver was transported to a local hospital in serious but stable condition.

North Silverbell has reopened after being closed between Camino de Oeste and Sunset.
