Gusty spring winds return to Arizona today.  Afternoon sustained winds will blow out of the southwest 30-40 mph.  Winds gusts will reach 50 to 60 mph or more. These winds could trigger dangerous dust storms that impact travel.

The fire danger for today is extreme with hot, dry air and gusty winds.  The National Weather Service Tucson Office has issued a Red Flag Warning.
