TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Police are urging people to utilize an anonymous mobile tip service for sending in tips regarding the missing 6-year-old Isabel Celis.

Anyone with information concerning the disappearance of Isabel can send a text message to CRIMES (274637). The beginning of the message should start with the keyword "TucsonPD".

This program, TipSoft, allows for agencies and the public to have an anonymous two-dialogue via a cell phone. The service encrypts the messages, assigning them a unique ID and routing them through a server to protect the identity of the information provider.

People can also submit tips online by visiting: http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/police/announcement/anonymous-crime-tips

Police also urge people to be cognizant of the behavior of those around them.  Whoever is responsible may exhibit changes in their normal activities and someone in the community may unknowingly be associated with them.
