A trial has been postponed for an Ohio man accused of murdering a man authorities say identified his alleged shooter through a series of eye blinks.

Thirty-four-year-old Ricardo Woods' trial was scheduled to start Tuesday in Cincinnati. Woods is charged with murdering 35-year-old David Chandler, who was paralyzed after being shot in the head and neck in October 2010. He died about two weeks later.

A judge ruled earlier that jurors will be allowed to see video in which authorities say Chandler blinks his eyes to indicate yes or no in response to police questioning about his shooter.

A Hamilton County prosecutor's spokesman says the case was postponed until August 13 after a defense witness was unable to testify this week.
