An indictment has just been filed against Anthony King, 29, for the murder of his grandparents.
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
The man accused of brutally killing his grandparents inside their Cleveland home was in court Monday morning
Police say 29-year-old Anthony King beat 75-year-old James and 72-year-old Wava King inside their Virginia Avenue home in April.
It was revealed during the status hearing that Anthony King is not cooperating with the court-appointed psychiatrists.
A motive for the elderly couple's murder was never given.
King could get the death penalty if he is convicted. Trial is set for November 5.
