19 Action News has learned a suspect has been hauled in for questioning for the murder of a 14 year old girl. Latavia Williams shot to death outside a party on the border with Cleveland and East Cleveland.
The fifth suspect wanted in the murder of a 14-year-old Cleveland girl has been charged.

Police say a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were both shot in the neck at a party. The girl, Lataevia Williams, died at Metro. The teenage boy is listed in serious condition at Metro.
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
A 16-year-old has now been charged with the murder of a 14-year-old.
Lataevia Williams was shot and killed early Sunday morning outside of a birthday house party. The shooting happened just after midnight at East 125th and Elberon Avenue on the border of Cleveland and East Cleveland.
The 16-year-old suspect has been charged with murder and felony assault. He is being held in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center.
Two other young adults are also suspected in the teen girl's murder. Marcus Anderson, 19, of Cleveland, has been charged with murder and is scheduled to be arraigned Friday morning.
Latiss Irons, 19, also of Cleveland, was arrested on an aggravated murder warrant in Marion County, Ohio. He is being held in Marion County awaiting extradition.
Wednesday night, 19 Action News Reporter Ed Gallek spoke exclusively with the suspect's mother. The mother maintains her sons' innocence.
