Woman arrested in deadly southwest side stabbing

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A man is dead and a woman under arrest after a deadly stabbing Saturday night on Tucson's southwest side.

Pima County Sheriff's Deputy Renee Carlson told Tucson News Now it happened at approximately 11 p.m. Saturday, at an apartment complex in the 6400 Block of S. Camino de le Tierra.

The stabbing followed a fight between the suspect, Yvonne Elizabeth Parra, 30, and victim, Clayton Etsitty, 24. Parra reportedly stabbed the man multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Parra was was charged with second degree murder.

The Sheriff's Department Homicide Unit continued its investigation Sunday.
