Security guard arrested for child sex abuse images - Tucson News Now

A security guard in Tucson is behind bars tonight after police say they found thousands of child pornographic images on his computer.

Mitchell Beiro, 47, is being charged with 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

He worked as a guard at a security company in Tucson.

Detectives started an investigation back in December of 2011.

They traced a computer to Beiro's home that had images showing sexual abuse of minors.

Detectives also found out in the investigation that he was part of an unreported child molestation case in California.

Police urge anyone that may have information on any other unreported cases to call 911 or 88-crime.
