Missing woman found, returned home

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson police say a woman who went missing this morning from a midtown assisted living facility was found in good condition.

Guillermina "Mina" Leon, 71, was found at the University Medical Center South after a security guard recognized her from a news broadcast.

Tucson police had asked for the public's help in locating the missing vulnerable adult, who suffers from dementia and recently moved to a facility in the 5300 block of East 1st Street. She was last seen there at about 9:15 this morning.
