Route 1 buses are currently traveling on 6th Street due to a detour caused by the closure of University Boulevard for the modern streetcar construction project. Effective November 11, Route 1 buses will no longer travel on 6th Street. Northbound buses will travel through downtown on Broadway Boulevard to Euclid Avenue, then east on Speedway Boulevard and resumes current routing on Park Avenue. Southbound buses will travel the reverse of the new routing.

Broadway at 4th Avenue
Euclid Avenue at Broadway (NE corner)
Broadway at Euclid Avenue (NW corner)
Euclid Avenue at 9th Street (NE and SW corners)
Euclid Avenue at 6th Street (NE and SW corners)
Euclid Avenue at University Boulevard (NE and SW corners)
Euclid Avenue at 1st Street (NE and SW corners)
Speedway Boulevard at Euclid Avenue (SE corner)
Euclid Avenue at Speedway Boulevard (SW corner)
Routes 4 - Speedway
Eastbound Route 4 buses will no longer travel from the Ronstadt Transit Center on 6th Avenue. Buses will leave the center on Toole Avenue to Stone Avenue, then to Speedway Boulevard and resume the current routing. Westbound Route 4 buses will continue to travel into downtown on Stone Avenue, but will travel to the Ronstadt Transit Center on Toole Avenue.

Stone Avenue at University Boulevard
Speedway Boulevard at Stone Avenue
Changes on these routes are to accommodate the future us of hybrid buses, which are unable to travel under the Sixth Avenue underpass due to height restrictions.
