UPDATE: Barber pulls ahead of McSally by 289 votes

UPDATE: The Elections Office continues to update the CD2 race. Here are the latest numbers, with Democrat Ron Barber currently beating Republican Martha McSally.

BARBER, RON (DEM) - 131,460

MCSALLY, MARTHA (REP) - 131,171

UPDATE:  As of November 11th, Democrat Ron Barber has pulled in the lead against Republican Martha McSally.

These latest numbers are from Cochise and Pima County.

Here they are: 

Barber:  131,460

McSally:  131,171

Ron Barber is the hand-picked successor of former Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

Barber was seeking a full term after winning a June election to replace his former boss representing the area.
