A 33-year-old Tucson man is behind bars, after a homeowner catches him, allegedly burglarizing her house.
Pima County sheriff's deputies say Robert Allen Mason broke into a house on the 5800 block of North Gerhart road, on the west side. It happened just after 1:15 p.m. Thursday.
A woman who lives there says she came home from a bike ride and saw Mason walk out of her house and throw a loaded pillow case into his SUV.
She called 911 and after a car chase, deputies arrested Mason, who tried to run.
Deputies found items from the woman's home inside the pillow case.
