CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
The mother of a missing 3-year old wants a lawyer. Police took Camilia T. Terry down to the station for a lie detector test and for some reason it did not happen. She now is asking for representation.
19 Action News has also learned that Terry had a history with Cuyahoga County social workers. The agency says she was a foster child under the agency's supervision until February. Then in May she went back to the agency asking for help. She received mental health and family support services. Then in July we're told of two complaints against Camilia Terry. Plus she even contacted the agency asking for help again.
Meantime Cleveland Police and other authorities continue to search for little Emilliano N. Terry. He was last seen on Cleveland's east side in Kossuth Park.
Emilliano was with his mother and two siblings when he disappeared Sunday, November 25, around 5:00 P.M. His mother, 20-year-old Camilia, told police she looked away to push another child on a swing and when she turned back around he was gone.
At a news conference Monday Cleveland PIO Jennifer Ciaccia confirmed that the FBI is now involved in the search.
Emilliano is described as a black male, 30" tall and approximately 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray Northface coat, a red and black sweater, blue jeans and blue and black Champion tennis shoes.
