Motorcyclist injured in accident on Oracle Road

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, there were traffic restrictions on Oracle Road due to a motorcycle accident. 

It happened in the area of Oracle and Orange Grove. around 5 p.m.  

According to Northwest Fire, a car pulled in front of the motorcyclist and he laid his bike down. The motorcyclist is in his 60s and was reportedly not wearing a helmet.

He was transported to a local hospital and is in serious condition. But, his injuries are non-life threatening according to responding crews.
