The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy today to determine how little Emilliano Terry died.
The three-year-old's body was found in a trash bag late Monday, bringing to an end an emotional search for the child.

Cleveland Police and other authorities continue to search for a boy last seen on Cleveland's east side in Kossuth Park. 3-year-old Emilliano N. Terry was with his mother and two siblings when he disappeared.
The mother of a missing 3-year old wants a lawyer. Police took Camilia T. Terry down to the station for a lie detector test and for some reason it did not happen. She now is asking for representation.

The Cleveland Division of Police is currently seeking the public's help in locating three year old missing juvenile Emilliano N. Terry. Emilliano is a black male, 30" tall and approximately 30 pounds.
A command post has been set up at the Fourth District Police Dept. as police and the FBI continue to search for a missing Cleveland boy.
Police say they became suspicious after the boy's mother, Camilia Terry, started changing her story.
While canvassing for the boy, officers observed a Waste Management truck in the area of the boy's home. Police contacted the company and asked them to hold the truck so they could search it.
Around 4 p.m. Monday, a boy's body was found inside a trash bag inside that truck at the facility in Oakwood Village.
