PHOENIX (Tucson News Now) -
A woman who was shot to death in San Tan Valley on Sunday
afternoon has been identified as Linda Pirelli-Brown.
According
to a news release, Pirelli-Brown's daughter called 911 after a male friend
called her cell phone saying that he was at her home and was threatening her
mother with a gun. The daughter's home is in San Tan Valley and she was in Apache
Junction at the time.
Pinal County Sheriff's deputies responded and found Pirelli-Brown
suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, the release said.
Pirelli-Brown
was taken to Banner Ironwood Hospital, then by air to Scottsdale Osborn
hospital, where she later died. Detectives at the scene were not able to speak
with the daughter because she began to hyperventilate and had to be transported
to a local hospital.
After she was medically cleared, she spoke with detectives. The Pinal
County Sheriff's Office is now asking for the public's help locating Corey
Deandre Allen, 28 of Phoenix.
He is described at 5'5"
tall, 105 pounds, black hair (braided), and black eyes. He may be driving a red
in color 1999 Oldsmobile 4 door car with Arizona License AWK5059.
Allen is considered to be armed and dangerous. If anybody
has any information about his whereabouts they are asked not to approach him
but rather to notify law enforcement by calling 911.
