An accountant arrested during an illegal immigration investigation at some local restaurants was sentenced today.
Diane Strehlow pleaded guilty to one count of trying to defraud the IRS. She was sentenced to one year probation and 20 hours a month of community service.
She was indicted last year, along with Mark and Christopher Evanson of Oro Valley.
She is also going to testify against Mark and Christopher Evanson at their trial in April, according to Brian Watson with the IRS.
Federal agents raided their four Chuy's Restaurants here in Tucson back in April 2011.
The three were accused of hiring illegal immigrants for kitchen work and paying them under the table.
