Crews are investigating a suspicious package found in a recycle bin.
It was found in the area of Park Avenue and Fair Street, behind the police substation and the Ward 5 office.
According to police, the box is a piece of equipment used in surveying. It is marked radioactive and bio hazard. A bio team from Phoenix to retrieved it.
The Ward 5 office was briefly evacuated as a precaution, but nobody was hurt.
