A local elementary school principal is going international for a good cause, but we can't let too many details slip.
Deborah Bryson is principal at Desert Willow Elementary School, in the Vail School District, and starting today she is trading in school books and pencils for 2x4's and hammers.
She will be traveling to an underdeveloped country to help build a school, but here is the rub, we can't tell you where she is going.
Bryson's students don't know yet, and this week they will be getting clues about her destination in a video series, where in the world is Principal Bryson.
It is a major geography activity for the students. The big reveal will happen on Friday when Bryson connects with them on a live video feed online.
We certainly don't want to ruin the surprise for the hundreds of kids at Desert Willow Elementary.
